Membership with RMAP
Two levels of membership in RMAP are available: full or associate/corporate.
A Full Membership is offered to published automotive journalists in the Rocky Mountain
region working in print, online, radio and television mediums.
The Associate/Corporate Membership is available to auto industry employees and
representatives (OEMs and importers), auto dealers, public relations professionals and
students.
RMAP Member Benefits:
RMAP members receive a number of benefits, which include:
RMAP Meetings
RMAP holds regular meetings for members in the Denver area, usually on a bi-monthly
basis. Meetings generally include presentations by automakers and other groups and
organizations in the auto industry.
Joint Member Activities
Many RMAP members are working members of the automotive press, and often attend
industry events and trade shows. Members often share flights, rental cars and exchange
industry information as a group, helping making the most of your time and money while
traveling.
Members Only
RMAP members will also have access to a password-protected area on the RMAP web site
that will allow them to obtain contact information for other RMAP members, review the
RMAP Bylaws, and vote in group elections and for the Denver Auto Show awards.
Industry Information
Members will also be given access to with contact information for industry representatives,
trade show schedules and media information, as well as other relevant content not publicly
available.
Member-Generated Content
Registered RMAP members can also have their photography, vehicle reviews and other
content periodically featured and linked to on various parts of the RMAP site, including
the site homepage. This allows RMAP to recognize and promote the work of its members
and to increase the visibility of member media outlets.
Membership Dues
An annual membership fee is charged to cover RMAP operating expenses. The fees are as
follows:
Full Member: $35
Associate Members:
Corporate: $500
Retail/Commercial: $250
Private Individual/Non-Working Journalist/Student: $45
